SMT Contact Spring
Surface automatic mount grounding spring (SMT Contact Spring) to be used in a variety of applications from the Smart Phone, Tablet PC, Laptop, Automotive Electronics, Smart medical and healthcare. - Hardness: HV300-340 / HV340-410 of Be-Cu
- Surface Plating: Au Plate (1 μ”) or Matte Tin(3-5um)
- Service Temperature : -40°C~150°C
- Peak Temperature: 230°C~260°C; 220°C ≒90 sec
- Surface & Volume Resistance: ≦ 0.05Ω / sq.in or actual size
- Soldering Adhesion on PCB after pass reϐlow : 2-4kgf 1,000 times 30% compression rate fatigue test without deformation
- RoHS & Reach Compliant
In the manufacture of molds before, 3D drawing software can be more accurate simulation of the actual situation, at any time amends the product's features and speciϐications. X-Ray perspective, plating layer analysis and N2 Re-ϐlow simulation tests, can effectively improve product reliability.
