Test Method : Compression (Height+Force+Resistance)
Step.1: Put the test sample on the【compression test fixture】and connect to Micro-ohmmeter.
Step.2 : Start manual or automatic 【compression test machine】, the screen will be display the compressed Force
Step.3:【Vernier caliper】screen will be display the current height according to the compression force of the test specimen.
Step.4: The【micro-ohmmeter】 screen will be display the current impedance value (Ω) according to the compressive force of the test sample.

Solderability test (Pulling Force ≧ 2kgf )
The SMT Gasket put on the lead-free solder adhesive on the printed circuit board. The circuit board fixed the speed of 50mm per minute and produce pulling force from the above side.
When SMT Gasket completely separated from the printed circuit board, to calculate the pull Force value.
